Synopsis
This heart touching tale is about the determined Chris Gardner and his son, Christopher. Chris is a bone density scanner salesman, and his business is going downhill. To get more money, and in the hopes of becoming a stockbroker, he takes an internship job at Dean Witter. Unfortunately for him, the internship lasts six months, so it would take a while before he gets the job — if he gets the job. For the rest of the movie, it shows how Chris and his son try to survive without any money while trying to attain some.

Review
For the most part, I enjoyed this movie. The ending was obvious, but somehow the movie was still exceptional. I liked how throughout the movie, even though Chris was losing everything he owned and needed, I never once thought that he was a loser or quitter. His character was very strong and everyone knew that he would get his internship. I disliked the fact that the entire movie was about his downfall, but at the very end he suddenly becomes rich. I think that the director of the movie should have said that he earned the internship earlier, and then given an epilogue of what his new life looks like.
