Carlitos and the Chance of a Lifetime is a great kids movie about an orphan that wants to play soccer. He goes to the try-outs for Spain's international children's team. He makes it, and gets his dream of being a soccer star. However, the movie goes on, showing all of the drama at the orphanage and within the team. Eventually, the team plays at the European finals and, well, I won't ruin the end.

Overall, this movie was a sweet, cute movie. The subtitles were easy enough to read, except in the beginning during the beginning credits (white subtitles on white writing). The movie was pretty predictable, but all children's movies are. It was definately worth seeing. I liked it well enough and it really made me feel warm inside. I would really recommend this movie, especially to kids around the age of 12.

I gave this movie a 4.5/5
