Planes, Trains, Automobiles & More

Richard Wilke carves wood blocks, covers them in ink, and then prints that image on paper and fabric. Many of his art pieces include transportation such as boats, cars, motorcycles, planes, and more. He also has many art pieces that include animals. Hanging from the walls of Santa Barbara Frame Shop & Gallery, you will see fish, dragons, chickens, and turtles.. Richard's art exhibit isn't too outrageous, but in our interview, we found out some interesting art pieces of his past. Richard now works for Santa Barbara Middle School, creating interesting sets for plays, gatherings, and campus decoration. Drop by Santa Barbara Frame Shop & Gallery and enjoy.
