Hotel Santa Barbara
Today was pretty fun. In the afternoon four other people and I went down to Hotel Santa Barbara to find out about a surprise we were suppose to get today. The surprise was we were going to watch a cooking TV show. We would be in the audience watching extreme cooking. That sounds pretty cool, but I never ended up going. Still at the hotel we met two guys who happened to be Roger Durling’s assistants. After we talked they gave us all a ticket to get a free Cold Stone ice cream. So we went to Cold Stones! I got cake batter ice cream with cookie dough. Now a lot of people think that’s gross, but I love it. Then we had lunch. Of course we got Cold Stone before lunch, but that’s what we kids do. Anyway, for lunch we went to a Mexican restaurant and got burritos to go. After we came back I split up from the group and went home. I came back at like 7:00pm, and saw Blood Diamond. For those of you who have seen Invisible Children, Blood Diamond is just like that, but it’s not a documentary. It was pretty scary, so much killing. Anyway besides all the intense violence it was a good movie. Check out my Blood Diamond review.
