Hey to everyone who reads this! LOL
So today was pretty good and I got to sleep in! Yea! I did get some of my homework done, thank god! I showed up at the trailer @ 2 and started to work. Well sort of, I ended up playing a neopets game with Alexa and Derek. It was this word game where you are given a number of letters and you have to make a word out of them. We were pretty good at it but we got completely stuck on a word that started with x and had y, r, a, and s in it. I still can’t figure it out. Well anyway...
After we finished “working” I went to The Music Within. It is about Richard Pimentel who after going to Vietnam gets tinnitus, so he is basically deaf. He then meets Art who has cerebral palsy and Richard is the only one who can understand him. They quickly become friends and when they are arrested for being ugly it prompts Richard to fight for disabled rights. It was actually inspired by a true story and I really liked it. Also Michael Sheen, who plays Art, was amazing!
After the movie we got to talk to the director, Steven Sawalich, and the producer, Brett Donowho. I found out they filmed in 36 days!!
After that my mom came and took me to the trailer because I forgot my press pass! Oops! Luckily I got my press pass back and while there I found out I could go to Bill Condon! I was so excited but I didn’t end up going because my mom said I should finish my homework.
So I am.
And now I have to go and write my review for The Music Within so toddles!
