Sleepy Sunday
Hey!
This morning was yet again really rainy! It wasn’t as bad as yesterday but it still was cold! I got to the trailer @ around 10 then headed off to see Taking Guns from Boys with Jackie, Eli, and Alissa. Taking Guns from Boys is about disarming people after the war in Liberia (a small country on the west coast of Africa) and in return for a firearm you would receive $300 and an ID card. I really liked the movie and it made me really happy that these efforts are being made and that they are working. Also for some weird reason it was really relaxing and I got so tired!
After we got back to the trailer my mom came and picked me up and I went home and did homework. Then @ about 7 PM I went to the Metro 4 to see Bella. Bella is about a soccer player (Eduardo Verstegui) whose life changes in an instant and a New York waitress (Tammy Blanchard) who discovers that she is pregnant. In one day they form a bond that cannot be broken and through each other find themselves. It was really good and afterwards we got to talk to Eduardo Verstegui and the producers! It was really cool! They seemed really interested in talking to us and one of the producers, Leo Severino said, ”I love that teens love this film”. I hope that I can see this film again because I really enjoyed it.
After that my mom came and took me home and now I’m typing for my blog!
But I’m really tired so, night everyone!
