December 1, 2011, Sony Pictures Studios, Culver City

The Teen Press received a very special opportunity to visit Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California, to get a taste of the films and television produced there. The capstone feature of the visit was an extended discussion with AMY PASCAL, Chairman, Sony Pictures Entertainment Motion Picture Group and Co-Chairman, Sony Pictures Entertainment. Referred to as "the most powerful woman in Hollywood," we met with her in her offices in the old Columbia Pictures headquarters building, after walking down halls lined with Oscars.

In a far-reaching conversation, Teen Press reporters Dia & Oli & Lily & Deryn talk with Amy about her life and her work.

Here they find out about Amy's experience as a student at Crossroads School, some of her teenage heroes and pursuits, her early jobs, and the beginnings of her career in the movie business. And the value of pretending (aka perseverance, or self-confidence).

With cameo appearances by Nancy Grinstein.
