My name is Grace, I am in seventh grade at SBMS!

I have been in Teen Press several times--last year I did the Film Festival and I loved it, so I decided to do it again. On the red carpet last year I interviewed Christopher Plummer at the Modern Masters Award and Berenice Bejo and Jean Dujardin at their red carpet about the movie The Artist. I also went to the Kirk Douglas Awards and I interviewed Kirk and Michael Douglas, Annette Bening, Danny DeVito, Catherine Zeta-Jones and other people that were at the event.

Some of the best interviews that I have ever done were just regular people not super famous and not on the red carpet, for example two of my favorite interviews have been Kim Phuc and Susan Cain because when we were interviewing them we just started talking and the interview because a conversations, and that was very interesting to hear their full stories.

In my free time I love to be with my friends, go to the beach, surf, play volleyball and I just started to play the guitar. My dream interview with Teen Press would be to interview Sasha and Malia Obama. I think that it would be so interesting to talk to them and since they are just about the same age as me that would make it so that it is a lot easier for them to get relaxed and comfortable. I think that it would not just be me interviewing them but it would turn into a conversation with some friends. I am very excited to see what amazing experiences this years Film Festival brings!
