Moving Fast
Today has to be short cause I have to finish my homework and convince my mom to let me go to Closing Ceremonies. Today I saw a really good movie, and 9 really bad movies. Darius Goes West is probably one of my most favorite movies now. I loved how they could mix in awareness and humor and not make it depressing. I loved it! The 9 movies I saw were part of 10-10-10, which is 10 students who make 10 movies in 10 days that are 10 minutes long. Maybe I was spoiled by the good movies I saw, but I really didn’t like them. They were all dark and weird. Not a very good way to end the festival.
Today I also got a really cool film festival bag. It has all this film festival special discounts and gift certificates and stuff in it. I got this hand cream that smells like frosting. MMMMMMM. Since every one’s gonna be asking about what my favorite movie at the festival was when I go to school tomorrow, I’m just gonna say it now:
Favorite movies: Darious Goes West and Amazing Grace
Best Movie: Bella
Favorite Event: Will Smith
