Today was not at all like what I expected. I thought that the keynote was going to be really boring but when I got in and saw all the colorful lights and heard the modern music, I knew it was going to be really fun and interesting. Steve Jobs seemed like a really cool guy. I thought he was going to be all stuck up and all out of date, but he wasn’t at all. He could actually “communicate” with us. We understood what he was saying and didn’t get lost five minutes after he started speaking.
After that we went and cruised around and interviewed some people about what they had invented. My favorite electronic devise that came out was the Ladybug. I just think they’re so modern and simple looking. Also, they are portable so they don’t always have to be plugged in. Something really cool about the Ladybug is that a skateboarding company Element partnered with the creators of Ladybug. So now one of the Ladybugs design is an Element design. We also met Johnny, the founder of Element. He was like one of the coolest people I have ever met.
I really look forward to going tomorrow to see what we can do!
