I woke up at 7:15 a.m. this morning to Sophia telling me to get into the shower. (Yesterday was at 4:30!) The warm water woke me and I didn’t want to get out. We all did our girly one-hour routine. When all of us were packed up, Eliana and I went down to the van to put our bags in and everyone was in the car, we were off.

Our first stop was The Cheeseboard in Berkeley. After breakfast, we went into San Francisco to the Moscone Center for our second day at MacWorld. We set up our “camp” in the Media Center and Zev and I where off to go demo the iPod Touch and the MacBook Air with Jacob. Harrison joined us and I had fun filming as they demoed the Apple TV.

I came back to “camp” to have lunch and look at the website, sbmsteenpress.org. When Zev and Harrison came back from an interview, John told us that the microphone wasn’t on during our demos. Ahhh, technical difficulties! We went back and did the demos over again, they did it even better.

When we were going back to “camp” we ran into a woman named Jenna Wortham, staff reporter of WIRED DIGITAL. She interviewed us and we are now on the front page of their website,. How cool is that!

We just kept meeting all of these great people. The last person we met was a man named Robert L. Barboza who introduced himself as the head of Kids Talk Radio (scroll down to see us!). He asked us if our group would like to interview someone and it would be on broadcast radio. We all happily agreed and started to interview a enthusiastic storyteller. Robert took us all to a booth called Zap! with a car/helicopter that was also safe for the environment. When all of us had had a turn sitting in the car, we headed back to meet John and David. We packed our stuff, said goodbye to MacWorld, and headed home. After a long ride home, we pulled into school and we gave our parents big hugs and kisses at 2:00 AM.

MacWorld was a great experience and I would love the opportunity to go back again!
