Each year The Fund for Santa Barbara co-sponsors, with the Film Festival, the Social Justice Award for documentary films. At the reception for this year's nominees, Anya and Gretchen talked with Director Michael Oved Dayan and Producer/Composer/Participant Roman Elinson about their film HIGH PLAINS DOCTOR: Healing on the Tibetan Plateau, filmmaking, and "larger voices" that called to them.
