Each year The Fund for Santa Barbara co-sponsors, with the Film Festival, the Social Justice Award for documentary films. At the reception for this year's nominees, Anya and Gretchen talked with filmmaker Billy Raftery about his film ANGELS IN EXILE. What started as a surf trip turned into an 8 year project to document homeless children in South Africa.
